TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE & SCOPE
By using Vantage Flip, you agree to these terms. This is a legal agreement between you (the End-User) and the Vantage Flip team. You are granted a non-transferable license to use this app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. DATA & FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER
Vantage Flip is a research tool. While we strive for accuracy, vehicle listings and analysis are provided "as is." We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data. Decisions made based on app data are your own; we are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or unsuccessful vehicle flips.
3. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Vantage Flip service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to the community.
4. MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT & CLAIMS
Vantage Flip is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the app. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
Vantage Flip, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the end-user or any third party relating to the app, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Vantage Flip (not Apple) will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
6. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
7. APPLE AS THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
